We specialize in shirt design and shirt printing. Some of our previous clients include: Harley-Davidson® NASCAR® and licensees of Ford®, Dodge®, and Chevrolet®. Our list of satisfied customers range from modest sized businesses to some of the nations largest corporations. We incorporate creative artists, production artists, and separators to be your full-service shirt design firm. We understand the screen printing industry and the limitations of printing apparel.
Digital Dezign Inc. was founded by Joel Burke, a designer with experience in apparel design, and decoration. He is an honors graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology. After, college he was hired by American Licensed Products, a company that was licensed by Harley-Davidson® to produce apparel. During his time at ALP, Joel was trained to produce simulated process separations for screen printing. Along with screen printing, Joel also learned how to design for embroidery and produce appliques from start to finish. He was also responsible for catalog shoots, catalog layout, and prepared seasonal product lines. It was at ALP that Joel was introduced to designing and producing screen printed apparel for NASCAR® Licensees. He worked closely with companies such as Racing Champions®, Roush Racing®, Cabelas®, and American Biker®.

Digital Dezign Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest quality shirt separations. Each set of separations is custom tailored to the demanding needs of the screen printer. Separations are prepared to your specs including: your recommended line screen, dot gain, and dot loss. We offer quick set-ups, predictable results, and great customer service after the sale. If you have a question once you receive our separations. Call us. If we find a problem with our separations. We will replace the film seps in question for FREE.* We stand behind every job we do.
