1. What art styles do you specialize in?
Realistic shirt design is our specialty. We have produced numerous styles in the past. Please call if you have a question about our capabilities.

2. How many comps or sketches do you normally do?
Custom shirt designs: We spend time with you to come up with one great concept. A lot of artists will do 20-30 rough sketches. We have found that if you work with the client and listen to what they want, it is a lot easier to incorporate that information into one sample.

3. What is your policy on making changes?
Once the client receives a comp. We allow 2-3 revisions. Revisions after that point will be billed at our hourly rate.

4. What equipment do you use? Software?
We use Apple Computers for production and have a high resolution Imagesetter for film output. We use the newest versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, and numerous other software titles.

5. Does it matter if my computer is a Windows-based PC?
If you save files on a windows-based PC, we should be able to open them. Please let us know what PC you are using so that when we save files to send back to you, they are saved in a format you can open. We also ask that you let us know which applications and what version of the applications you used to save your files, regardless of your computer type.

6. What formats can we send files to you?
We have the ability to open virtually any format. It helps to use the correct file extension to identify your file type. Here are a few examples: ".psd" is for Photoshop; ".ai" is for Illustrator; ".fh" is for Freehand; ".tif" is for TIFF; ".eps" is for EPS; ".jpg" is for JPEG; ".cdr" is for Corel Draw. Please specify which version of the application is used. If we do not have the latest version of that application, we may not be able to open and view the file properly.

7. What resolution should my supplied file be?
We recommend that you supply the file at the same resolution it was originally created. Most graphic art (i.e. Adobe Photoshop files) should be created around 300 dpi to allow for enlargement and use in a variety of applications. You should begin to notice some degree of quality loss in the separation/ design if the file resolution is below 200 dpi or if graphics are enlarged more than 150%. Fine details will not be clear and lines will look jagged. Graphics produced using vector applications (i.e. Adobe Illustrator) are by definition not limited in their resolution. Please note that a Photoshop file embedded or placed in Illustrator is not vector art. We may require you to supply the original placed image at a high resolution.

8. What licensing rights are you willing to sell?
Rights are calculated on an individual basis. Some questions we will ask are: How much longevity does this design have? How will you (the client) benefit from the image?

9. What is your policy on project cancellation?
If a design/project is cancelled we charge according to the time invested based on our hourly rate.

10. I see a shirt design on your website or marketing materials. Is it for sale for use on transfers, etc?
No. We only sell shirt designs once. All the designs that you see have already been purchased.

11. How do you deliver final shirt designs?
Final shirt designs can be delivered in numerous forms. Email, CD, or downloaded from our server.

12. Do you offer any discounts in exchange for being given regular work?

How it Works

Before you contact us. Determine as best you can what you want. This will help the process go more smoothly. To give you a price estimate, we will want to know as many details as possible about the job.

Call 1-800-959-9154 if you have any questions or problems uploading files.
We will call and discuss your individual design & separation needs.
You will receive an estimate via email or fax. Sign and fax back the estimate form to 1-866-270-9292.
For designs - We will develop and email a comp of the artwork for your approval.
If approved, artwork will be sent via your specified method. If changes are necessary.....no problem. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Designs can be sent via CD, emailed, or dowloaded from our ftp server. Separations can be emailed or film will be sent via USPS Priority or your perfered shipper.
