Sublimated Jerseys

You may be familiar with sublimated jerseys from lines such as Fox Racing®, and Skin Industries®, just to name a few. We have the knowledge to design, develop, and the manfacturing contacts to get them produced.
We can start with piece goods and go through production. Not familiar with the process? Ink is applied in reverse to a transfer paper. Through sublimation (vaporization) of special inks from pre-printed paper under the action of heat and pressure. The advantages of this process are numerous including: No hand, photographic quality, true all over printing, and the ability to print up to 56" wide X 72" tall. Rehance® Design

We have worked very closely with one of the leading producers of Rehance printing in the industry. We can take your ideas or our ideas and take full advantage of this technology. Not familiar with the process? The design is screen printed using both enhance and resist chemicals. During the dying process the chemicals either enhance the dye color or resist the dye in the printed areas. It is similiar to screen printing, but with "no hand!"
